单组分湿固化聚氨酯防水涂料的研制

摘    要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯和混合聚醚多元醇等为原料制备单组分湿固化聚氨酯防水涂料。采用单因素实验确定了合成工艺条件,并对涂料的性能进行了测定。结果表明,当nNCO/nOH为4:1,N-220/N-330质量比为9:1,填料二氧化钛质量分数为25%,复合消泡剂硅油和氧化钙质量分数各为0.28%,辛酸亚锡质量分数0.3%~1.0%时,所制备的涂料各项性能指标达到国家标准,其中涂料质量分数为97.5%,膜的拉伸强度为4.36MPa,伸长率为472%。

Abstract:A single component wet-cured PU waterproof coating was prepared by TDI and mixed polyether polyols, then the technological conditions were studied through the single factor experiments, the performances of the coating were also tested. Conditions were as follow : nNco/non was 4 : 1, N-220/N-330 mass ratio was 9 : 1, mass fraction of antirust fillers TiO2 was 25%, combined antifoaming agent silicone and CaO was 0. 28% respectively, catalyst stannous octoate was 0. 3% - 1.0%. The results indicated that the performance of products reached the national standard, solid content was 97. 5%, tensile strength and elongation of films was 4. 36 MPa and 472%.
