| 摘 要： | 本文主要讨论了城市人防工程总体规划的理论与方法 ,一个城市的人防工程总体规划可操作性如何 ,要看规划指标和布局等是否符合城市发展的实际 ,是否符合新形势下对人防工程建设的要求。笔者结合规划实例 ,对新一轮人防工程总体规划的编制作了比较深入的探讨 ,提出城市人防工程总体规划编制的理论和方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper the theory and method for the general planning of urban civil defense engineering are discussed.The operability of a general planning of urban civil defense engineering depends on that whether the factors and arrangement of the planning correspond to the development of the city and meet the requirement on the construction of civil defense projects due to the new situation.In this paper the compilation of new general planning of urban civil defense engineering was investigated and the theory and method for the compilation were suggested. |
