内置螺旋弹簧换热管的换热研究

摘    要:采用自行设计的套管传热实验装置及流程 ,进行了内置螺旋弹簧换热管的换热性能实验研究。实验研究结果表明 ,换热管内置螺旋弹簧时总的传热系数K值比无弹簧时要大 ,说明内置弹簧可提高换热效果 ,且弹簧振动时 ,传热系数达到最大 ;在相同当量流量情况下 ,换热管内置弹簧可明显增加管内阻力降 ,且阻力降受弹簧刚度和长度影响 ,但弹簧振动时阻力降趋于一致 ;弹簧与换热管内壁的摩擦可缓解管内壁结垢 ,实现换热器的长期高效运行

Abstract:The heat exchange performance of the built-in spiral spring heat exchange tube is investigated in the lab by using the self-designed experimental device and flow. The result of the experiment shows that the total heat transfer coefficient K is increased when the spiral spring is fixed in the heat exchange tubes. And this means that the built-in spring is helpful to better the heat exchange effect. When the spring vibrates, the heat exchange coefficient reaches to the maximal value. Under the condition of the same equivalent flow, the built-in spring of the heat exchange tube can lead to an evident increase of the resistance drop in the tube. The resistance drop is influenced by the rigidity and length of the spring, but they will be similar to each other when the spring vibrates.The friction between the spring and the inner wall of the heat exchange tubes may eliminate scale in the tube inner wall, therefore it is helpful to improve the service life of the heat exchanger.
