摘    要:以相变物质正十八烷(n-Octadecane)为芯材,苯乙烯(St)一甲基丙烯酸(MMA)共聚物为壁材,采用乳液聚合法制备相变材料微胶囊(MicroPCMs)。用扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度仪、差示扫描量热仪对制备的MicroPCMs进行了性能测试。该体系中乳化剂种类对微胶囊的成囊性有显著影响。实验以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)作乳化剂,获得了相变热焓为137.5J/g的表面光滑、粒径在6μm左右的MicroPCMs。热处理实验表明微胶囊的应用温度在180℃以下。

Abstract:The phase-change material n-Octadecane was encapsulated through emulsion polymerization,using styrene(St) and meth acrylic acid(MAA) copolymer as the coating material.Using scanning electron microscopy, laser particle size analyzer,differential scanning calorimeter,the performance of the microencapsulated of phase-change material(MicroPCMs) was analyzed.MicroPCMs was affected greatly by type of emulsifiers in this system.With SDS as emulsifier,the obtained MicroPCMs had smooth surface by the phase transitio...
