| 摘 要： | 作为上海乃至中国改革开放窗口的浦东陆家嘴金融中心区内的超高层建筑是我国现代化建设的缩影，该文通过对上海CBD的主体一陆家嘴金融中心区的全面调研基础上，对其超高层建筑外部形态的形成原因，从物质、精神两大方面，环境、功能、技术和经济、社会、文化、创意等多个层面进行理论分析，提炼概括出其主要影响因素，对超高层建筑外部形态设计提供理论参考价值。
