圆筒形燃烧室辐射传热的Monte-Calo解法

摘    要:本文把随机发射模型和能差迭代方法(DPE法)扩展到圆筒形燃烧室,给出了圆筒形燃烧室辐射换热Monte Carlo解法的抽样公式及推导过程,进一步开拓了该方法的应用范围。用本文所提出的方法对HG—670/140Ⅱ型锅炉前置式立式旋风炉进行了三元传热计算,取得了比较满意的结果。


Monte-Carlo Method for Radiative Heat Transfer in a Cylindrical Furnace
Abstract:In this paper, the random emission model of energy beam and the differential power emission method for iteration(DPD method)are developed to cylindrical combustion furnace. The sample equations of Monte-Carlo method for radiative heat transfer in cylindrical combustion furnace and their deducing process are given. The using range of this method is opened up further. A numerical solution of three-dimentional heat transfer in a furnace(the vertical cyc-lone-fired boiler of type HG-670/140-2)is carried out by using this method. The calculated result is satisfactory.
