燃料电池用WO3/PFSA复合膜的制备及研究

摘    要:用具有溢氢效应的三氧化钨(WO3)对全氟磺酸聚合物电解质膜(PFSA)改性,制备了一系列WO3/PFSA复合膜。对制备的复合膜进行扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDX)测试,结果表明复合膜的表面均匀而致密,W元素分布在整个膜中。热重实验表明复合膜的热稳定性能提高了。复合膜具有明显的阻醇作用,并随膜中WO3含量的增加阻醇性能增强。质子电导率的测试结果表明,在非极化状态下复合膜的质子电导率和Nafion誖112膜相比有所降低。

Abstract:The WO3/PFSA composite membranes were fabricated with WO3 which had spillover effect to modify the perfluorosulfonic(PFSA) membrane.The SEM and EDX measurements indicated that the composite membranes were homogenously and densely structured.The tungsten element was uniformly distributed in the whole membranes.The thermal gravimetric analysis showed that,compared to the pure PFSA membrane,the thermal stability of the composite membranes was improved.The methanol permeability test showed that the methanol cro...
