摘    要:从聚丙烯结晶形态和复相结构(结晶度、晶粒尺寸、无机刚性第二相分布及界面结构等)的角度出发,综述了国内外有关聚丙烯力学性能与材料聚集态结构关系的研究进展。

Abstract:In recent years, the engineering plastic are being replaced by the modified polypropylene. The technology of modified PP has been developed from two-phase composites——the reinforcing PP filled by inorganic particle, toughening PP by elastomer to ternary composites for the purpose that can reinforcing and toughening at the time. The mechanical properties of PP materials will be influenced not only by the crystalline process and morphology of the matrix, but also by the distribution of the second-phase particle and the interface structure. So, the attention has been attracted on the relationship between the aggregation structure and the mechanism of the deformation and fracture for the purpose of high-properties of PP materials. In the article the crystalline morphology of PP, distribution of inorganic particle, interface structure and their correlation with mechanical properties were reviewed.
