宝钢5 m宽厚板轧机工艺装备及试生产实践

摘    要:为满足中国造船工业的发展及石油天然气输送管道建设大量高等级宽厚板的需求,宝钢决定建设5 m宽厚板轧机.该轧机采用了高性能设备参数,采用计算机控制,一期建设1架精轧机,设计年产量140万t,现在已顺利实现月达产.介绍了该宽厚板轧机平面布置、生产工艺,并论述了所采用的技术,包括控轧控冷(TMCP)技术、厚度控制技术、平面形状控制技术、板形控制技术,同时介绍了热负荷调试进程及试生产结果.

Abstract:With the development of ship building and petroleum natural gas industries in China, there is a great demand for high-grade heavy plates. Thus Baosteel decided to build a 5 m heavy plate mill. The mill is an advanced one and controlled by computer systems. In the first phase of construction,a finishing stand was set up, with an annual capacity of 1.4 million tons. The Plant was put into operation on March 1st 2005, and the design monthly capacity was reached in May 2006. The layout and production process is outlined with adopted technologies, including TMCP,thickness control, plan view pattern control, plate shape control. Finally the result of commissioning and trial production are presented.
