铝及其合金化学镀Ni—P合金高耐蚀性的研究

摘    要:研究铝及其合金在含有复合添加剂m_1和m_2的酸性镀液中进行化学镀Ni-P合金镀层的高耐蚀性能;探讨影响高耐蚀性化学镀Ni-P合金层的因素,并通过AES电子能谱和X射线衍射仪测定化学镀Ni-P合金层的组成元素和高耐蚀性能与组织结构的关系。

Abstract:This paper studies the high corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P alloy plating on aluminium and its alloy from a acid bath which contains multi m_1 and m_2, approches the factors influencing the high corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P alloy piating and determines the components of electroless Ni-P alloy plating and the relationship of the structure with the high corrosion resistance by means of X-ray diffraction and Auger Electron Spectroscopy(AES).
