| 摘 要： | 针对某小型酸洗自动化控制系统中存在的问题，提出了改造设计方案。包括用PLC实现烘干热风温度控制系统的改造设计、张力控制系统的改造设计、以及变频器、PLC、上位机之间通过profibus现场总线的网络通信功能设计。
