| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司炼油部制氢装置扩能改造项目。从制氢装置易燃、易爆的特点入手，分析了边生产、边施工过程中的危险因素。针对不同的危险因素，制定了相应的安全防范措施。通过严格落实安全措施、强化施工现场管理保证了制氢装置边生产、边施工的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | It is briefly introduced that the expansion program of hydrogen manufacturing unit in the author＇s workplace. Because the hydrogen gas is inflammable and explosive, the risks from construction at normal operating in H2 manufacturing unit is analyzed, and for the various risk factors the reliable safety precautions made and implemented. The production and the construction had carried out smoothly, as the security measures implemented strictly, the construction site management strengthened, the safety in both site and unit ensured. |
