摘    要:以Tinker壳侧流动模型为基础,提出了适宜于单相和气液两相流路分析法的壳侧单元流动模型。以主流、旁路流和泄漏流等各分流路的气液流量分布在稳态下应使壳侧流动的能量损耗达到最小的原则为基础,建立了壳侧气液两相流路分析法,给出了各流路的气液流量比例及错流区、窗口区压降的预测步骤,也给出了壳侧总压降计算式。建立的两相流路分析法预测结果与试验结果符合较好。

Abstract:Based on Tinker shell side flow model, a unit flow model, which is suitable for single-phase and two-phase stream analysis, was proposed for shell-side flow of shell-and-tube heat exchanger that is widely used in industry. According to the principle that the gas and liquid flow-rates distribute in different streams, such as main stream, bypass steam and leakage streams, should result in a minimum energy loss in steady state, a gas-liquid two-phase stream analysis method was developed. The gas and liquid percentages of every flow stream the predicting procedures of pressure drop in cross zone and window zone were provided. The calculating correlations of total pressure drop in shell-side were presented. The results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
