| 摘 要： | 为了解决产品由于壁厚不均匀且带有嵌件而产生的注射成型缺陷问题，决定采用二次注射的方法，综合考虑零件的特点和嵌件的安放要求等因素设计模具的型腔结构和分流道。结果表明：该模具结构合理，可以生产出符合技术要求的产品。并利用MoldFlow／MPI实现浇口位置的合理选择。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem that there were injection molding bugs on the products caused by the unevenness of the thickness, and the insert in the product, second injection mold was applied. The pocket structure and tile sub-runner were determined on considering tile part feasture and the insert installation requirement, and the injection gate was optilnized by MoldFlow/MPI. The results showed that the mold skeleton was reasonable, and it couht meet the requirement of the products. |
