| 摘 要： | 在讨论丙烯腈生产装置的工艺原理的基础上，采用基于相关系数辨识法的AtLoop PID自动整定软件，优化整定了丙烯腈装置部分常规PID控制器参数，取得了较好的控制效果，为反应系统的在线优化提供了有利的条件，同时对产品质量的提高大有好处。

| Abstract: | On the base of the technical theories of AN apparatus , PID parameter auto-tuning software-AtLoop was used, which was compiled according to the identification method of correlation coefficient and regulated the general PID controller's parameter of part of the AN apparatus, and acquired well control effect , which provided advantaged condition for online optimization of reactor system and benefited the improvement of production quality. |
