摘    要:设计了一种砌砖机器人的机械结构.设计的砌砖机器人机构包括手爪机构、压实机构、运动机构、横梁上升机构、送砖机构和前进机构六部分.机器人可由单片机或PLC进行控制,可实现自动送砖、定位、夹砖、摆放、压实、运动和整体前进等动作.该机械结构采用方钢管、导轨、齿轮、齿条等制成,成本较低,整个过程运行平稳、精确.

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanism of brick-laying robot is designed. The robot is composed of six parts which are hand fingernail, compaction section, moving section, crossbeam rising section, delivering brick section and advancing section. This robot can be controlled by MCU or PLC. The bricks can be delivered, localized, clamped, placed and compacted automatically. The robot can be automatically moved. The square steel tubes, guide rails, gears and gear racks are used in the machinery, which makes the cost lower.
