超声波防垢的声场参数实验研究

摘    要:实验研究了超声场参数与防垢率之间的关系,其中频率、声强、辐照时间和脉冲宽度是影响防垢率的主要因素,而间歇比为次要因素。对本实验系统而言,声场参数有一个最佳范围,频率20~25kHz、声强0.2~0.4w/cm^2、脉冲宽度大于10ms、声辐照时间大于3min、间歇比3~5。实验优选出的参数为现场应用提供了依据,并在现场取得了明显的效果。

Abstract:The relationships between the ultrasonic field parameters and the rate of scale control are studied, of which the frequency, sound intensity, irradiation times and pulse width are the major factors influencing the scale rate, while the intermittent rate is the next factor. For the experimental system, the sound field parameters have an optimal scope, which includes that frequency is 20~25 kHz, sound intensity is 0.2 to 0.4 W/cm 2, pulse width is more than 10ms, the irradiation times is higher than 3 min, the intermittent ratio is 3 to 5. the parameters chosen in the experiment provide a basis for field application, and obvious effects are achieved in the field.
