| Abstract: | The new fruit flavor system we introduce here has a particle-like, almost round shape and superior characteristics compared with other granulated products. Although it was developed for various products in the food industry, one very promising sector of application is the flavoring of ice cream coatings, where it shows outstanding performance and offers the consumer a totally new eating sensation. |
