基于Powell方法的引信步进应力加速寿命试验数据处理

摘    要:引信的步进应力加速寿命试验数据处理的关键是其贮存寿命分布参数的估计。针对这个问题,人们提出了许多相关解决办法,但迄今为止,尚没有一种通用的、行之有效的方法。为此,尝试利用Powell方法先分别求取各级加速应力下的样品分布参数的似然估计,再结合加速方程得到常应力下引信贮存寿命分布参数。最后,通过实例说明了方法的可行性。

Abstract:The key point of data processing in fuze step-stress accelerated life test is the estimation of the distribution parameters of fuze storage life. In order to solve this problem, many methods were presented. However, no method can be suitable to all kinds of fuze by far. A series of of data processing methods are put forward in this paper. The methods estimate the distribution parameters of the samples at each test stress level by Powell method, then get the distribution parameters of fuze life under normal storage condition based on the accelerated equation. At last, an example is presented to illustrate the methods.
