高速铁路桥梁栏杆的机械化生产

根据我国武汉-广州铁路客运专线试验段工程施工的需要,对高速铁路桥梁栏杆机械化生产工艺和生产线进行了研究。通过相关生产工艺性试验,对目前国内普遍采用的混凝土产品生产基本工艺进行了指标检测和数据对比分析,创新性地提出了串联双效生产工艺,即预制件在浇注中先进行预振实,保证成品的密实度,离心成型时改善预制件的外观质量。同时结合工程施工实际,自行研制出了一条高速铁路桥梁栏杆机械化生产线,并介绍了机械化生产线的主要装置,其中包括隔柱、立柱、扶手生产线,主要设备包括离心成型机、振实台、模具拆装机具等,以及保障产品质量的生产过程控制。通过实践运用,高速铁路桥梁栏杆机械化生产线具有生产效率高、简单易操作,可靠稳定、维护费用低等优点。该生产线所生产的产品能满足栏杆结构受力与使用功能,具有外形美观、质量稳定可靠的特点。
