摘    要:对中国石油大港石化分公司1.0Mt/a加氢裂化装置的工程设计及工业标定进行了总结,简要介绍了工艺及工程技术特点,包括热高分顶部装填后精制催化剂,在分馏塔底部设置二次汽提段以脱除重稠环芳烃,主、副回路相互配合控制加热炉出口物料的温度等。对装置的工业标定情况进行了简要分析,结果表明,催化剂选择性好,柴油产品十六烷值高。对装置能耗偏高的情况提出了改进措施。

Abstract:The engineering design and performance test of the 20,000 b/d hydrocracking unit in Dagang Petrochemical Company were summarized and the process technical features were described, such as loading of post treating catalyst at the top of hot high-pressure separator, provision of secondary stripping at the bottom of fractionator to remove heavy nuclei aromatics and application of main and secondary control loops to control the outlet temperature of furnace. The analysis of the performance test results demonstrates that the catalysts offer good selectivity and high cetane number of diesel. The improvement measures are proposed for reducing the energy consumption of the unit.
