电容称重传感器的迟滞性补偿

摘    要:针对电容称重传感器存在的迟滞现象,提出了一种基于计算机的数字补偿方法。通过实验记录传感器的特性曲线,对在不同加载情况下的迟滞特性进行数学抽象和建模,给出了传感器典型曲线的拟合公式。提出了对迟滞现象进行处理的综合补偿算法,并给出了算法实现的流程图。试验结果表明:利用综合补偿算法的电容称重传感器的测量准确度有较大的提高。

Abstract:A new digital compensation method based on computer for hysteresis phenomenon of capacitance weighing transducer was proposed. Characteristic curve was obtained by experiments, the hystereses at different loading were abstracted and modeled, and the curve fitting equations were presented. The synthesis compensation algorithm to hysteresis was presented, and the flow diagrams for realizing algorithm were given. The result of experiments shows that the capacitance with synthesis compensation algorithm improves greatly in accuracy.
