| 摘 要： | 根据脂肪酸甲酯气相SO3，磺化的机理，研究开发了一种甲酯磺化新工艺，以结构简单、紧凑、操作稳定的高气液比喷射反应器为磺化装置，对脂肪酸甲酯进行连续的SO3气相磺化，实验取得较好的结果。甲酯最高转化率为95％，SO3转化率则达99％，可与膜式反应器相媲美。

| Abstract: | A new sulfonation technology of fatty acid methyl ester (ME) was developed according to the mechanism of sulfonating reaction between ME and SO3. In the SO3 sulfonation process,the high gas/liquid ratio jet reactor which was simple and compact in structure and stable in operation was applied as the sulfonaton apparatus,and the experiment gained a good result,the maximum conversion of ME is more than 95%,and that of SO3 is 99%,which is comparable with the result of film reactor. |
