| 摘 要： | 永磁直驱系统具有效率高、能耗低的优点,系统免维护,调速性能优越,具有丰富的通信功能。通过研究分析,决定对高阳煤矿下运带式输送机采用永磁同步电动滚筒技术方案。重点对传统驱动装置与永磁同步电动滚筒进行了技术分析,实际运行显示了永磁同步电动滚筒的优越性。

| Abstract: | The permanent magnet direct drive system has the advantages of high effciency, low energy consumption, maintenance-free system, superior speed control performance and abundant communication functions. Through research and analysis, it is decided to adopt permanent magnet synchrohous electric drum technology scheme for downward belt conveyor in Gaoyang Coal Mine. The traditional drive device and permanent magnet syhchronous electric drum have been analyzed emphatically, and the advantages of permanent magnet synchronous electric drum have been shown from the actual operation. |
