竖井条件下重型液压支架整体无轨化快速搬运工艺

摘    要:针对我国目前主斜井副竖井煤矿重型液压支架存在搬运周期长、隐患多等问题,分析了传统搬运工艺存在的弊端,通过应用可快速分体式支架搬运车,提出了一种新型的液压支架搬运方法,形成了竖井条件下重型液压支架整体无轨化快速搬运工艺。经实际工程应用表明,该搬运工艺提高了重型液压支架的搬运效率,大大缩短了整个综采设备的搬运周期。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of long hauling period and many hidden dangers of heavy hydraulic support in main inclined shaft and auxiliary shaft coal mine in China,the disadvantages of traditional conveying technology have been analyzed in detail.A new type of hydraulic support transporting method has been put forward by applying fast split support conveying vehicle.The study has formed a complete trackless rapid transportling technology for heavy duty hydraulic supports under shaft conditions.The practical application showed that the transportation technology improved the transportation efficiency of heavy hydraulic support and greatly shortened the transportation period of the whole fully mechanized mining equipment.
