中厚煤层综采工作面液压支架快速回撤装置和回撤方法

煤矿井下综采工作面液压支架的回撤,对不同的煤田有不同的方法。顶底板条件较好的大采高工作面液压支架的回撤大多采用支架搬运车,比较方便和安全、而顶底板条件较差的中厚煤层综采工作面液压支架回撤,其周期长,安全问题多。故研究综采工作面液压支架快速回撤装置和方法很重要。着重介绍一种既安全又快速的综采工作面液压支架回撤装置和回撤方法,具体介绍了回撤装置的构成和主要技术参数,给出回撤工艺流程。经山东枣庄部分矿井实际应用,该液压支架回撤装置及方法取得了良好的效果。

Quick Retracting Device and Retracting Method for Hydraulic Support in Fully Mechanized Mining Face of Medium and Thick Coal Seam

There are different ways to retract different hydraulic supports in fully mechanized coal mining face.Most of the hydraulic support retracting in large mining height working face with proper roof and floor conditions adopted support vehicle,which was convenient and safe.However,the retracting of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face of medium and thick seam with poor roof and floor conditions has long period and many safety problems.Therefore,the rapid retracting device and method of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face have been studied.A safe and fast hydraulic support retracting device and retracting method for fully mechanized mining face has been introduced.The structure and main technical parameters of the withdrawal device are introduced in detail,and the withdrawal process is given.Through practical application in some mine of Zaozhuang,Shandong,the method of withdrawal device of hydrautic support has achieved good results.
