基于三电平转差矢量控制的矿用高压变频器研究

摘    要:针对煤矿井下运输设备启动冲击大,运行效率低,电能浪费严重,设计了一种基于三电平转差矢量控制的矿用高压变频器,采用十二脉波整流电路和二极管箝位式逆变电路,并以载波同相层叠调制逆变电压波形,选择基于转差频率的矢量控制方案。通过搭建高压电机变频调速Simulink系统模型,对电机的调速性能进行分析。结果表明,电机可以迅速响应负载变化,并达到稳定状态,系统具有较高鲁棒性。
