薄煤层综采工作面液压支架的选型与应用

摘    要:为解决薄煤层综采工作面安全高效问题,以2101工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析和数值模拟的方法,对工作面液压支架主要技术参数进行了详细分析,并在此基础上确定了合理的工作面液压支架型号。实践表明,ZY3500/7/16.5D型两柱掩护式液压支架具有良好的应用效果。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of safety and efficiency in fully mechanized mining face of thin coal seam, the main technical parameters of hydraulic support in working face have been analyzed in detail through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and the reasonable model of hydraulic support in working face has been determined on this basis. Practice showed that ZY3500/7/16.5D type double column shield hydraulic support has good application effect.
