基于液压冲击截齿的采煤机滚筒改装设计

摘    要:为提高滚筒采煤机截割效率,节约电能,对截割部的滚筒进行改装设计,设计了新型小尺寸液压冲击截齿和高性能回转接头,实现冲击力的精确传递以及水、液压油的输送。基于闭式系统及负载敏感技术,采用电液控制方式驱动冲击截齿。重点分析了液压系统工作原理,对主要元件参数进行详细计算,并设计了电气系统,驱动截齿工作。改装后的采煤机在节约电能、减少煤末及粉尘量等方面均有较大改善,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the cutting efficiency of the roller shearer and save energy,the roller of the cutting part has been modified and designed,a new type of small-size hydraulic impact cutting tooth and high-performance rotary joint have been designed to realize the accurate transmission of impact force and the transportation of water and hydraulic oil.Based on closed system and load sensing technology,electro-hydraulic control method has been used to drive impact cutting tooth.The working principle of the hydraulic system has been analyzed,the parameters of the main components have been calculated in detail,and the electrical system has been designed to drive the cutting tooth.The reformed shearer has greatly improved in saving electric energy,reducing the amount of coal fragment and dust,and achieved good results.
