摘    要:随着煤机企业信息化的不断发展和延伸,各类信息系统的稳定运行将决定全球能源互联网的发展速度。针对信息系统的运维工作,提出以终端用户为核心,应用多种信息化技术和手段,实现多维度的智能化信息系统运维体系,能够确保终端用户及时反馈处理问题。

Abstract:With the continuous development and extension of coal machinery enterprise informatization,the stable operation of various information system will determine the development speed of global energy Internet.Aiming at the operation and maintenance of information system,a multidimensional intelligent information system operation and maintenance system has been put forward,which regards the terminal user as the core,using a variety of information technology and means to ensure the terminal user can get feedback and deal with problems promptly.
