集成模块式重介质选矿机组的研究及应用

摘    要:为了应对资源贫化,小矿多的状况,克服常规重介质选矿的弱点,集成模块式重介质选矿机组把重介质选矿工艺中的几个功能系统汇总到一个相对集中的立体钢结构上,使整套重介质选矿工艺流程设备集成模块化。该选矿机组的主要优点是便于安装维护、操作管理,减少了生产成本、节约了基建投资,更加环保,大幅抛尾。通过实例应用,选矿机组取得了较好的使用效果。

Abstract:In order to deal with the situation of resource dilution and many small mines, and overcome the weakness of conventional dense medium beneficiation, the integrated modular dense medium beneficiation unit aggregates several functional systems of dense medium beneficiation process into a relatively centralized three-dimensional steel structure, which makes the whole set of dense medium beneficiation process equipment integrated and modular. The main advantages of the separation unit are easy installation, maintenance, operation and management, reduced production costs, saved capital investment, more environmental protection, and a large discarding tail. Through practical application, good using results have been achieved.
