一种井下净化防尘用风水联动喷雾装置

煤矿井下生产过程中易产生大量的矿尘,矿尘悬浮在空中,严重危害矿工的身体健康,同时也影响矿井的生产安全。目前已采取巷道喷雾等措施对煤矿粉尘加以治理,虽取得了一定的效果,但雾化效果不理想,而且用水量较大,既降低防尘的能力,又造成巷道积水现象。原喷雾装置的喷嘴容易堵塞,造成喷雾失效,为解决此类问题,研制了风水联动喷雾装置,该装置具有较强的雾化效果,形成较大的扩散区域,使矿尘吸附足量的水分,增加悬浮矿尘的质量,达到降尘的效果。

A Wind and Water Linkage Spray Device for Underground Cleaning and Dustproof

A large amount of mineral dust can be easily produced in the underground production process of coal mine,which will be suspended in the air,seriously endangering the health of miners,and also affecting the safe production of coal mine.Although coal mine dust has been treated by roadway spray and other measures,which has achieved certain results,but the atomization effect is not ideal.Moreover,the water consumption is large,which not only reduces the ability of dustproof,but also causes the accumulation of water in the roadway.In order to solve these problems,a kind of wind and water linkage spray device has been developed,which can purify the dustproof spray with strong atomization effect,form a larger diffusion area,and make the mineral dust absorb enough water,increase the quality of the suspended dust and achieve the effect of dust suppression.
