摘    要:基于煤矿安全生产监管机构对设备监管监察及溯源的要求,提出基于物联网技术构建的煤矿重要设备物证溯源系统,通过对煤矿设备及其重要零(元)部件施加RFID电子标签,实现设备及主要零元部件“一物一码”唯一身份标识。给出了系统组成与架构、RFID电子标签标识统一编码规则、标签设计要求及封装方式。提出了系统各相关方应用主体全生命周期数据采集方法和要求、系统安全保障技术与措施。根据该系统在山西、河南等地煤矿现场选取提升机、架空乘人装置等重点关键设备上的试点应用实际情况,总结出系统全面推广应用尚需解决的问题。

Abstract:Based on the requirements of the supervision and traceability of the equipment by the coal mine safety production supervision agency, the material evidence traceability system for the important equipment of coal mine based on the Internet of things technology has been proposed. By applying RFID electronic tags to the coal mine equipment and its important parts, the unique identification of equipment and its parts have been realized. The system composition and architecture, uniform coding rules, design requirements of RFID electronic tags and their packaging methods have been given. Proposed system in whole life cycle of each related party application subject data collection method and the system security technology and measures. According to the actual application of the system in Shanxi, Henan coal mine site selection of hoist, aerial passenger device and other key equipment pilot, the problems that need to be solved in the comprehensive popularization and application of the system have been pointed out.
