摘    要:综采工作面液压支架架型是否与工作面煤层地质条件相适应,是综采工作面安全高效生产的关键。根据丁集煤矿1121(3)回采工作面地质条件,选用ZZ6400/22/45型液压支架。为验证液压支架的支护强度,对其进行支护强度验算,验算结果表明,所选支架的支护强度满足顶板压力要求。

Abstract:Whether the hydraulic support type of fully mechanized mining face is compatible with the geological conditions of coal seam is the key to safe and efficient production of fully mechanized mining face.According to the geological conditions of 1121 (3) mining face in Dingji Coal Mine,hydraulic support ZZ6400/22/45 has been selected.In order to verify the support strength of hydraulic support,the support strength has been checked.The results show that the support strength of the selected support have met the requirements of roof pressure.
