充气量和起泡剂对喷射式浮选机浮选效果的影响研究

摘    要:为更有效的利用喷射式浮选机,利用自制的喷射式浮选装置,以可燃体回收率作为浮选指标,研究了浮选中充气量和起泡剂浓度对精矿产率及灰分的影响规律,结果表明:在矿浆浓度和起泡剂浓度不变的情况下,充气量存在一个值为400L/h的临界参数,小于临界值,浮选精矿产率随充气量的增大而增加,大于临界值,效果变差|起泡剂浓度临界参数为0.1mmol/L,在此浓度下,精矿产率高且灰分较低。因此,在喷射式浮选机工作过程中,控制充气量和起泡剂浓度,是调节精矿产率的重要方式。

Effect of aeration volume on flotation in jet flotation machine
Abstract:For using the jet flotation machine effectually, study the effects of different aeration volumes and foaming agent parameters on flotation, using a self-made jet flotation model, The self-made spray flotation model was used to simulate the effect of flotation aeration and foaming agent concentration on concentrate yield. The results show: aeration volumes changes the shear strength of the fluid, in the case of the same pulp concentration and foaming agent concentration, The aeration amount has a critical value of 400L/h, which is less than the critical value. The flotation concentrate yield increases with the increase of the aeration amount, greater than the critical value, the effect is deteriorated; The blowing agent concentration also has a critical parameter of 0.1 mmoL-1. Therefore, controlling the amount of aeration and the concentration of the foaming agent during the operation of the jet flotation machine is an important way to adjust the concentrate yield.
