近直立特厚煤层应力演化规律研究

摘    要:为了及时准确的识别工作面走向和倾向应力集中区,进行设计合理的卸压参数和防护措施,降低近直立煤层冲击地压动力灾害的破坏性,采用应力在线监测系统对工作面超前区域的应力演化过程进行连续监测,研究近直立特厚煤层应力演化规律。研究表明:近直立特厚煤层走向方向超前支承压力影响范围为超前综采工作面5~20m,倾向方向应力集中峰值区距巷道壁6~13m|依据获得的应力演化规律,针对影响范围和峰值区采用了煤体卸压爆破和煤层注水方法开展了现场防冲工程实践,卸压工程实施后经检验,煤体应力集中程度明显减小,巷道变形量也得到了有效控制,研究结果起到了较好的指导意义。

Evolution law of stress concentration area in steeply-inclined coal seam based on stress monitoring
Abstract:The rock burst is the main coal-rock dynamic disaster in the steeply-inclined coal seam, which is highly destructive. In order to timely and accurately identify the strike and the tendency stress concentration zone of working face, reasonable design of pressure relief and protection measures, the stress evolution process in the advanced area of the working face was continuously monitored by stress online monitoring system. The monitoring results show that: in the strike direction, the influence of the lead support pressure is 5-20 m ahead of the working face, and the tendencies stress concentration zone is 6-13 m away from the roadway wall, which is different from the horizontal and gently inclined coal seam. After the research results were applied to guide the implementation of the on-site pressure relief project, the stress concentration in the above areas was significantly reduced. The above research has important guiding significance for the steeply-inclined coal seam pressure relief projects
