同忻选煤厂产品结构优化研究

为了提高同忻煤炭价值，丰富产品结构，保证产品质量，提高经济效益，根据同忻原煤煤质特点，结合市场需求情况，研究了同忻矿原煤出高热量1/3焦煤的可行性，确定了兼顾优质动力煤和1/3焦煤产品的灵活洗选工艺。结果表明：新工艺兼顾生产1/3焦煤和优质动力煤的灵活生产方式，可根据市场需求实现快速灵活转换，丰富了产品种类，提升了企业竞争力和综合盈利能力。在生产1/3焦煤时，中煤及其他副产品可与一期选后精煤配煤，得到满足销售需求的动力混煤，进一步提高了同忻煤炭价值。

Research and Application on Optimization of Product Structure in Coal Preparation Plant Factory

In order to improve the value of coal in Tongxin,enrich product structure,ensure product quality and increase economic efficiency,according to the raw coal features and the market demand,the feasibility of producing 1/3 coking coal from Tongxin raw coal was studied，finally，a flexible washing process of producing high-quality thermal coal and low-ash clean coal products was finalized.The results show that the new process can take into account the flexible production methods of producing 1/3 coking coal and high-quality thermal coal，can achieve rapid and flexible conversion according to market demand，enrich the product range，and enhance the company's competitiveness and comprehensive profitability.When producing low-ash clean coal，the Middle coal and other by-products can be blended with the first stage cleaned coal to obtain a blended coal that satisfies the demand for sales，further increasing the value of coal in Tongxin.
