| 摘 要： | 设计概算是编制建设项目投资计划、确定与控制建设项目投资的依据,也是设计阶段控制成本最有效的环节之一。目前油气田地面建设工程设计概算中存在一些概算与设计脱节、定额套用、换算差错、冒高漏算等问题,容易造成单位工程概算造价不准确。针对此现象提出了相关应对措施。

| Abstract: | Designing budgetary estimates are foundation of composing,deciding and controlling project investment,and also the best effective part of controlling the cost.At present,some problems are existing in the surface construction project budgetary estimates in oil and gas field so as to result in inaccurate budgetary estimates.According to these problems,some measures are put forward. |
