| 摘 要： | 结合国家“八五”重大技术攻关项目──元宝山露天矿１４００ｍ３／ｈ双齿辊破碎机的研制．首次对双齿辊破碎机辊齿的受力工况作了较详细的讨论．并在其基础上建立了辊齿的有限元分析模型；通过在ＡＰＯＬＬＯＣＡＤ工作站上利用ＡＮＳＹＳ软件进行计算，获得了洛阳矿山机械研究所原设计辊齿在各工况下的应力分布情况。

| Abstract: | The study is carried out for the development of 1400 m3/h sizing machine for Yun Bac shang open pit. First, the load cases of the crush teeth are discussed in the paper, and three typical load cases are presented. Then, the FEM model for the analysis of crush teeth is built. By computing the problem using ANSYS software at APOLLO CAD station, the useful results for initial design are acquired. |
