通用数据采集与过程控制系统软件的开发

文章通过分析分布式数据采集与过程控制系统的硬件结构和测控对象，将测控信号划分为数字量输入、输出和模拟量输入、输出四种类型，并分别对其进行了数据抽象。将数据通道参数设置和系统流程图和控制图等图形的绘制形成单独的模块，在测控模块中将设置的通道参数与绘制的流程图进行数据融合，通过任务调度完成数据的采集与过程控制。并将该软件应用于某热控测控系统中。

Development of General Data Measurement and Process Control System Software

This paper mainly analyses the nature of Distributed Data Measurement and Process Control System architecture,and measurement objects which are abstracted in data structure can be divided into four parts,that are digital input/output and analog input/output. Channel Parameter Setting and Drawing of flow graph are independent modules, Channel Parameter Setting data is incorporated with flow graph data in measurement control module. Under the control of task manager, data measurement and process control are accomplished. This software has applied to a measurement control system and fits the design purpose of system.
