| 摘 要： | 因轴承润滑问题，二炼钢铁水预处理除尘风机主轴轴颈过热扭曲失效，在现场无备件而必须尽快恢复生产的情况下，大胆尝试过盈联接方式修配主轴，文章就主轴修配的过盈联接设计进行了详尽分析和计算，确保修复方案可行性和可靠性，并对修复实践进行了总结。

| Abstract: | That the principal axis of dust extraction air blower for hot metal iron pretreatment in No.2 steelmaking plant twisted off is because of the lubrication failure of its bearings.The method of shrink fit coupling can be adopted for emergency recovery without spare part.The feasibility of the design for shrink fit coupling is proved by a detailed analysis and calculation.A summary on the practice is also made. |
