摘    要:针对生产锌锰电池整体锌筒的挤压模具中,活塞垫头存在的问题和不足,优选7Cr7Mo2V2Si钢作为垫头材料,对其热处理工艺进行了深入研究,解决了活塞垫头长期存在的问题和不足,研制的活塞垫头深受用户的欢迎和好评。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems and defects of the piston plug during extruding the integrated zinc cans of Zn-MnO2 battery, 7Cr7Mo2V2Si steel is selected optimally as the plug material, and heat treatment process has been further researched. The long-standing baffling problems are solved, and the developed piston plug is deeply welcomed by the users.
