硅钨酸催化合成防腐剂尼泊金辛酯的工艺及防腐性能研究

摘    要:文章以对羟基苯甲酸和辛醇为原料,以硅钨酸为催化剂,合成尼泊金辛酯。最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量为6%(相对于酸用量),醇酸比为3∶1,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为4 h。通过正交试验进一步优化,经方差分析,发现反应物料配比对转化率影响最大,优化后的条件合成得到尼泊金辛酯的转化率达90.62%。

Abstract:In the paper, p-hydroxybenzoic acid and octanol as raw materials, using silicotungstic acid as catalyst, synthesis of Nipagin ester. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: amount of catalyst is 6 % (relative to the amount of acid), molar ratio of 3 : 1, reaction temperature 120 ℃, reaction time is 4 h. Further optimized through orthogonal test, variance analysis, found that reactant proportion the biggest impact on conversion rates, conditions for the synthesis of Nipagin ester optimized conversion rate of 90.62 %.
