HEALTH MONITORING AND ASSESSMENT OF EXISTING BRIDGE

With the increase of bridge service life,it will inevitably appear problems such as structure aging,corrosion and bearing capacity.And it will result in huge losses to people＇ s life and property if we can＇ t find and manage in time.In this paper,on the basis of checking a large number of literature,at home and abroad are introduced in the field of bridge health monitoring and assessment the method,research status and achievements.It also analyses the main characteristic of bridge health diagnositic assessment.
