| 摘 要： | 通过对现有生产实习装置改造,构建出完整职业岗位能力培养的素质面,从素质面中筛选出若干控制点,将生产涉及的学科知识融入控制点,通过"点面结合"的方式优化生产实习项目,在控制点掌握的同时完成学生职业素养和技术能力的提高。

| Abstract: | Through the modification of current production practice plant to construct the complete quality surface of the vocation post ability. Screening some control points, which were merged into the subject knowledge relates to production, through the quality surface and optimizing the production practice project by the way of ＂Point-and-Surface＂, Improve the students＇ professional attainment and technology capacity when they master the control points. |
