固溶时间对321奥氏体不锈钢组织和性能的影响

摘    要:本文研究了321奥氏体不锈钢在1050oC固溶温度下,固溶时间对321不锈钢金相组织、力学性能和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,321奥氏体不锈钢热轧态时晶粒很细,硬度高,抗拉强度高。随着固溶时间的增加,晶粒逐渐增大,但晶粒度变化不大,固溶15min时有大晶粒出现;随着固溶时间的增加,硬度减小,抗拉强度变化不大;在硫酸一硫酸铜内晶间腐蚀性能在固溶时间为4~8min时是合格的。因此,对于厚度为4.9mm的热轧态钢卷,在1050℃固溶温度下,保温时间4min时性能最好。

Abstract:In this paper the effects of solution treatment time on microstructure, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistant property of 321 austenitic stainless steel had been studied at the solution tempera- ture 1050 ~C. The results showed that the grain of hot rolled 321 austenitic stainless steel was smaller, high hardness, high tensile strength. With the solution treatment time increasing, the grain was gradually increased, but litter change in grain size. When the solution treatment time was 15 rain, it got a few larger grains, and the hardness was decreased, the tensile strength litter changed. When the solution treatment time was 4 to 8 min, for the intergranular corrosion of the solution treatment samples in sulfuric acid-cop- per sulfate was qualified. So the best solution process of hot roiled stainless steel of 4.9 mm thickness was 1050 ℃ ×4 min.
