大型矿用挖掘机WK40CrNi2Mo钢支重轮热处理工艺研究

摘    要:本文对大型矿用挖掘机WK40CrNi2Mo钢支重轮进行热处理,并采用金相显微镜进行了组织研究。研究表明:经870℃淬火+(480~500)℃回火的调质处理和工频表面感应处理后能完全满足技术要求,并获得预期的显微组织,调质处理可使支重轮基体硬度达到315~336 HBW,表面组织主要为细小回火索氏体;工频表面处理后淬硬区域可保持在58~61 HRC,组织为微细马氏体针+少量碳化物,且距轮缘表面深30 mm处硬度可达到45 HRC。

Abstract:In this paper, supporting wheel of WK40CrNi2Mo steel for heavy mining excavator is heat treated and the microstructure is studied by metallographic microscope. The results indicate that the properties after quenching at 870 ℃ + tempering at 480 - 500 ℃ and power frequency surface induction treatment can completely meet the technical requirements, and obtain the desired microstructure. Matrix hardness of the supporting wheel reaches 315 -336 HBW after quenching and tempering, and the surface microstructure is mainly fine tempering sorbide. Hardness of the hardended area can maintain 58 -61 HRC after power frequency surface induction treatment, and the microstructure is fine martensite + a small amount of carbide,and hardness of 30 mm depth from rim surface can reach 45 HRC.
