摘    要:针对国家标准对汽油硫含量指标的要求,应用紫外荧光检测技术对汽油的硫含量进行在线检测和控制。通过氧化转化炉将油品中的硫化物转化为SO2,采用光学组件及紫外荧光检测器对SO2进行检测。应用结果表明,该在线总硫检测系统在中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司含硫原油加工适应性改造及油品质量升级装置中实现了对油品硫含量的精确检测,并且与油品品质优化控制系统、集散控制系统集成在一起,对成品汽油的硫含量指标进行在线控制,使其硫含量小于50 mg/kg,达到GB 17930—2011国Ⅳ车用汽油国家标准。

Abstract:Based on the specifications in China's national standard for sulfur content in gasoline, the sulfur content was tested and controlled by on-line of ultraviolet fluorescence measurement technique. The sulfides in the oil were transformed into SO2 with oxidation transforming furnace. The SO2 was detected by optical components and ultraviolet fluorescence detector. The results of application showed that the accurate test for sulfur content in oils was carried through with the on-line of ultraviolet fluorescence measurement technique for total sulfur in unit modified for adaptation to refine sulpur crude oil and unit of the quality upgraded. The sulfur content in finished gasoline was controlled by the on-line system, combined with optimization system for oils quality and distributed control system, resulted in the sulfur content less than 50 mg/kg and to the level of GB 17930--2011 IV, national standards of China for vehicle gasoline.
