摘    要:文章以硫酸作为催化剂,巯基乙酸作为助催化剂,使用微波辐射的方法进行苯酚和丙酮的缩合反应工艺研究,合成制备双酚A。通过改变反应物的投料比,反应时间,及其催化剂的量等因素研究反应的最优条件。确定其最优合成工艺条件为:n(苯酚)∶n(丙酮)∶n(硫酸)=2∶1.4∶1.12,以甲苯为溶剂,巯基乙酸为助催化剂,微波频率800 W,反应时间7 min,收率为88.6%。该方法降低了催化剂的用量,改变了传统硫酸合成方法收率低,环境污染大的问题。

Abstract:Bisphenol A were synthesized via condensation reaction from phenol and acetone in the presence of sulfuric acid under microwave irradiation. The influence of reaction conditions on yields was also tested under mole ratio of reactants, time, mole ratio of H2SO4, and the optimum conditions were: n(phenol) n(acetone) : n(sulfuric acid)=2 : 1.4 : 1.12, toluene as the solvent, thioglycolic acid as the catalyst promoter, the microwave frequency was 800 W,through 7 minutes, and the yield 88.6 %. This methods reduced the dosages of the catalyst, changed the low yield of traditional sulfuric acid synthesis, and the serious environmental pollution problems.
