摘 要: | 三轮托车半轴在使用过程中发生早起断裂,采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、硬度测试及分析等方法对断裂半轴进行了分析。结果表明:半轴断裂是由于热处理工艺不当,材料强度较低导致早期疲劳断裂。

Abstract: | Tricycle half shaft factured early during use. The fracture reason was studied by chemical composition analysis,mechanical broperty test, naetallographic examination, hardness test and facture analysis. The results showed that the fracture of half shaft was due to the improper heat treatment technology.The strength of the material was lower,which caused the early fatigue fracture. |
